Shipping methods
Shipping delivery time
You will see the shipping costs applicable to your order once you have added the desired products to your shopping cart. If your country is not listed here, please send us an email. We will then check whether shipping is possible.
Your order will be ready for dispatch within 3-7 working days after receipt of payment.
Depending on where your order is to be delivered, approx. 5 working days are added for the journey from our factory to your desired address.
Please note that in the case of a delivery by a forwarding agent, you or a representative must accept the delivery in person. The shipping company will contact you in advance by e-mail and announce the delivery. You can adjust the delivery date again if necessary.
Upon delivery, please check the packaging or the goods immediately for transport damage and, in the event of damage, make a complaint immediately to the person delivering the goods. Then contact us directly at the following address we will then clarify everything else with you.
Depending on what and how much you order, we will determine the cheapest shipping option.
